solution with the bias tee between the driver and the modulator. I wonder if the purpose of the bias tee is to have the RF+DC part on the driver side and only RF side on the modulator side. I would rather suggest a RC high-pass circuit in series to filter the DC part, paying attention to the frequency cut to be below the working frequencies.
Also please notify the maximum power rating is 0.5 W in DC, meaning that the DC voltage should be below 4 V.
